E-marketing Campaign

The Challenge:

Haigh Engineering Company had already worked closely with us on a brand realignment programme, but it became clear that they needed to be able to control all their e-marketing campaigns internally. The difficulty was in handling large quantities of data effectively and in a way that made communicating with their target audiences quick and easy.

The Solution:

After reviewing the current and future e-marketing campaigns needs, we recommended that Haigh Engineering Ltd adopted our Mailready system to compliment and enhance their fully integrated marketing communications plan for their two key industry sectors - waste water management and healthcare.

Effectiveness was the key outcome, as was establishing training and management plans to track progress and effectiveness to ensure that best practice methodology was followed as standard.

Outcome:

With pre-defined but flexible templates, Haigh are able to target all database contacts in both sector databases with clear, consistent and regular e-marketing messages in order that their brand and sector specific products are positioned front of mind. E-marketing has proved to be fully traceable thanks to mailready, as click through rates have achieved above industry average.
