The successful candidate will demonstrate confidence as they embrace their primary task to secure and attend new business meetings and will be proficient in converting opportunities to new client accounts. Working alongside the ten-strong company team, all applicants must be team players with exceptional people and communication skills which you will have no qualms in using internally as well as externally in potential client environments.

Proactive and highly motivated in your approach, candidates will be happy to adapt to new objectives as they arise and will be able to produce regular performance reports based on your sales pipeline, for the Operations Manager and Managing Director - both of whom you will report to.

This role is results driven and demands high targets to be met in turn for commission based rewards. We would therefore like to hear from applicants with proven experience of generating and converting new business leads within a marketing / design agency environment, although applicants with proven business generation experience in similar service industries may be considered. All applicants must be computer literature with excellent presentation skills and will be expected to work with a variety of methods to target potential new business.
