Hochtief

Hochtief UK have worked on many of the worlds megastructures. Part of a German parent company the UK required a bespoke domestic suite of literature that could convey all their specific projects and communicate in a targeted manner, as opposed to the traditional method of tweaking parent company literature. A simple task? Not so. Hochtief required an effective communications solution which could communicate the global parentage yet give sufficient flexibility to be market sector specific. Initiating the relationship with a marketing workshop, we filtered down to create a brand personality and platform for the UK operation and agreed key soft values to set the physical capabilities and attributes of the business. We arrived at the 'four cornerstones' for the brand - structure, strength, innovation and support - characteristics of the brand and also feature elements of the projects they worked on.
