Stuart Earl

Managing Director

Stuart has spent his lifetime working in the design and marketing industry. He pushes the team to ensure the business is constantly evolving and the marketing expertise within the agency is ahead of the competition.  Stuart is Chairman of the European Blues Association also an Executive Director of both Gloucestershire Training Group, the Business Academy of Cirencester College and a member of the Vistage organisation for business CEO’s.

Michelle Earl

Director

Michelle is responsible for the operational development and running of the business, development of staff and ensuring clients get the service they need. Michelle started her career in client services, so understands what a client wants and what they are trying to acheive.  She delivers strategic insight for clients wanting to push their activity to new levels.

Alex Cottrell

Director

Alex has over 15 years strategic marketing experience with an in-depth knowledge of sectors including construction, engineering, transport and recruitment . She is a specialist in brand strategy development and brand communication delivery via a wide selection of media and channels.

Danielle Ward

Account Manager

Danielle joined the E&T Client Services Department from an in-house marketing background, giving her an invaluable empathy with the client and an understanding of their expectations.  She is experienced in delivering projects to a global audience and utilising a broad spectrum of marketing skills, covering both online and offline channels. She has an enthusiastic and energetic disposition and is committed to excellent customer service.

Karen Nelmes

Advertising Account Manager

Karen is heavily involved in the day to day running of the Advertising Division and manages bookings, creative outputs and Account Management. Highly experienced in advertising, having held previous positions at TMP, Karen is a primary contact for all advertising requests.

Diane Phillips

Administrator

Diane supports the client services team, ensuring that all systems, administrations and logistics runs smoothly so that everything is where it should be when it’s needed most.

Mark Thomas

Head of Studio

Mark is manager of our creative team, he brings the creative balance to all strategic projects. One of Mark’s key strengths is his ability to simplify a clients proposition and deliver creative work that communicates the clients proposition in the most impactful way.  Mark has worked in every marketing and creative discipline going ranging from brand development to event presences and digital creative.

David Ostle

Designer

David is our silent hero, with a dazzling ability to turn out fantastically accurate artwork, and come up with some smart design solutions. With a completely agency side career history, David is a real asset to the team, supporting Mark at every turn and managing the output for all our advertising requirements.

Pete Eveleigh

Web Developer

Pete is our E&T ‘techie’, keeping on top of all developments and new products in the web industry. He has been designing and developing web sites since the days of 14.4 modems.

Kate Leach

Production Manager

Katie heads up our production department and looks after all estimating and print preparation requirements. She joined us with 11 years experience in procurement and administration within the construction industry. Her knowledge, organisational skills and job experience have made her a vital member of the team.

Sophie Wildman

Account Executive

Sophie is working with the Client Service Department and is responsible for social media management and administration as well as helping the team wherever needed. She is currently completing her 12-month university placement as part of her Marketing, Advertising and Communications degree.
