Stuart has spent his lifetime working in the design and marketing industry. He pushes the team to ensure the business is constantly evolving and the marketing expertise within the agency is ahead of the competition. Stuart is also an Executive Director of both Gloucestershire Engineering Training and the Business Academy of Cirencester College.
Michelle is responsible for the strategy creation and ongoing growth of the business, including implementing mentoring programs for staff development and ensuring the business continues to delight its clients. Michelle started her career in client services, so understands what a client wants and how to align the business with a clients objectives. She delivers strategic insight for clients wanting to push their activity to new levels.
Head of Production
Katie heads up our production department and looks after all estimating and print preparation requirements. She joined us with 11 years experience in procurement and administration within the construction industry. Her knowledge, organisational skills and job experience have made her a vital member of the team.

Mark is a highly experienced creative designer and manager of our creative team, he brings the creative balance to all strategic projects. One of Mark’s key strengths is his ability to simplify a clients proposition and deliver creative work that communicates the clients proposition in the most impactful way. Mark has worked in every marketing and creative discipline going, ranging from brand development to event presences and digital creative.
Senior Account Manager
Meg has over 10 years’ experience in client management and is a highly organised individual. Throw anything at Meg and she will endeavor to get the job done. She likes nothing more than a tight deadline, says 'it focuses the mind'. Give her a project and she will get it complete on time and on budget!
Business Administration Executive
Cathy supports the whole team with a wealth of experience in business administration and operations management and can turn her hand to almost anything. She enjoys the variety of a multifaceted role and is happy to get involved in whatever needs doing to keep the business running smoothly. Her annoying habit of pointing out mistakes does, admittedly, come in handy too.
Rocket joined the team in 2016 and is our very much loved office dog. He is an absolute loon and will often be found with his head in a bin or burying balls in the plant pots. He brings to the table unconditional love and provides the team with endless entertainment – the office wouldn’t be the same without our Rocket!
